Throughout the year we need help filing paperwork, stuffing envelopes, stamping membership packets and much more! As a volunteer, you can be involved in fundraising, planning, production and follow-up on various events. Our office is a busy place and we are always looking for help doing routine non-profit tasks. Click here to see the available shifts and to sign up!> Training will be provided by Fireside Pizza manager. The pizza cart operations will also be subject to good weather in the winter months. Volunteers will need to be able to get to and from the Village at Squaw Valley for the volunteer shift. Volunteers will work with Fireside staff to serve pizza at the pizza cart for four hour shifts in the village. We are seeking reliable volunteers to staff the pizza cart on select weekends and special events at Fireside in the Village at Squaw. MAP will receive 100% of proceeds from the pizza cart sales and restaurant guests will be able to make donations to MAP at checkout as well. MAP has been selected by the employees of Fireside Pizza in Squaw Valley to be the beneficiary non-profit partner for 2020. MAP staff will update Fireside Pizza Cart volunteer information and opportunities in early May. Note: With the ongoing COVID-19 situation and the Stay at Home Order, MAP has currently cancelled all pizza cart volunteer opportunities in March and April. Volunteering is a great way to meet new people, learn new skills and enjoy protecting our local environment and community! How Can I Get Involved?
